Reflections on Employment Searches
"I made sure that my classmates knew what I was looking for, and in the end, that's how I discovered Aspen Square.  Aspen Square contacted a classmate of mine via the CCD Resume Book, and the classmate recommended me." -- Philip Murphy M'04 (More searches)

Perspectives on MBA Summer Internships
"I knew that it would take a major effort to find an internship in HR.  I used every available tool in my search: CCD classes and information sessions, applying for CCD posted positions, talking to second-years who had HR internships and tapping into my personal network."  -- Mykyung N. Kang M'05

They say that finding a full-time job is a full-time job. But truth be told, just finding the right internship can be quite time-consuming and difficult. That’s why the MBA Center for Career Development has designed a set of core programs and services—to help you optimize your career plan. Whether you’re interested in pursuing opportunities in financial services, consumer products, technology, life sciences, consulting, professional services, or entrepreneurial ventures, we will partner with you to prepare you for the journey ahead.

To prepare you for that journey, our Relationship Management team will work with you in planning a strategy. That strategy will include the creation of an individualized action plan focusing on your involvement in:

  • alumni events
  • mentoring programs
  • career affinity groups
  • and corporate partnership programs

We’ll also work with you to develop your personal marketing communication plan and prepare you for networking activities and interviews. In short, our goal is to give you the skills and resources you’ll need to pursue the career path that you choose. And to do so, we combine career education and the practical application of skills that you’ll learn both in the classroom and in group settings.

The Babson community is a global network of partners willing to share their insights and offer their guidance to help you in planning your career.
