Put Us to Work for You

The Undergraduate Center for Career Development (CCD) has developed a program that is mutually beneficial to both students and employers. Our programs and services are tailored to meet both the needs of individual firms as well as our students in an effort to match your exciting career opportunities with the best candidates at Babson.

We are here to provide a service for you. If there is anything we can do, just let us know so we can work with you.

What we offer:

On Campus Recruiting
Between October and April every year, you may use our facilities to meet our students, for both internship and full-time job opportunities. We have six interview suites, a video conferencing facility, and a comfortable greeting area. Leading up to your day on campus, you may post your job, electronically receive student applications, and coordinate campus interview schedules. The CCD staff is involved through every step of this process. To get involved, click here.

A note about internships: Hiring interns has proven one of the most successful enterprises for both student and employer. Interns not only provide current support to your office productivity, but also offer a targeted method of recruiting the best talent for full-time openings. Many former interns return to their employers for permanent positions following graduation.

Off Campus Recruiting

Companies can also choose to interview students in their office. In this case, CCD will post the job opportunity and electronically forward student applications to the employer. Recruiters who prefer this method are then responsible for contacting students directly to schedule off-site interviews. To get involved, click here.

Information Sessions

  • General Information Session: Employers are invited to conduct presentations throughout the year to interested students. Generally held a few days prior to the resume collection deadline, the presentation stimulates interest among students and provides more detailed information about the company and available positions.

  • Targeted Information Session: A targeted information session is recommended the evening before on campus interviews. This session is mandatory for all interviewing students and is optional for any students not selected for interviews. Presenting at this time can provide more time during the interview to get to know the candidate as opposed to explaining further details on the company and available positions.
