Babson College’s Retail Supply Chain Institute and the ING Center for Financial Services at the School of Business, University of Connecticut, recently co-hosted a Thought Leadership Conference, Customer Experience Management in Retailing on the Babson College campus.
Fifty academicians and practitioners attended the two-and-a-half-day conference. The speaker series was open to all members of the Babson community; an additional 68 participants, including 25 alumni and 22 students attended the speaker presentations. Speakers included:
