Dave Fetherston is an alumnus of the F. W. Olin Graduate School of Business with over 20 years of leadership experience in new business development and relationship management in healthcare and financial services.  Prior to joining Babson, David was the Director of Account Management-Specialty Pharmacy Services for CVS ProCare, a strategic business unit of PharmaCare Management Services (PMSI), a wholly owned subsidiary of CVS Corporation.  He also held key roles – including chair of the director-level quality management group – in the PBM unit of the organization. Here he built and managed high performance new business development and client service teams. David was the Regional Manager for Harvard Pilgrim Health Care of New England – a senior leadership role – and led new business development, sales, and account management for employer groups and municipalities. David had several roles of increasing responsibility at American Express TRS Company and was VP of Sales and Marketing for Telemark Management.  David was commissioned as an Ensign from the Officer Candidate School at the Naval Education and Training Center in Newport , RI . He served as the Chief Engineering Officer on the USS Valdez.  David has a BBA in Marketing from Hofstra.

Judi Reed

Judi is a ‘97 graduate of the evening MBA program and has over 20 years of financial services experience.  She began her career at Merrill Lynch, earning recognition in the President's Club for sales excellence, and then moving to roles of increasing responsibility at Bank Boston, The Gillette Company, Frank Russell Company and Russell Capital, and finally Hillman Capital Management.  Judi has a Series 7 General Securities license, a 63 Blue Sky, 53 Municipal Security Registered Bond Principal, and a 24 General Securities Principal. Cindy is an alumnus of the full time MBA program and brings a new perspective to the team as both a corporate executive and an entrepreneur.  She brings over 11 years of relationship management, new business and career development expertise to the MBA community.  Cindy's corporate experience began as a Senior Auditor with Ernst & Young and then progressed to key positions with Citibank, Newbridge Communications, Channel One Network and finally as a business and career management consultant with Advantagenet.  Aside from her MBA from Babson, Cindy holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Delaware and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey . Sue has 30+ years of corporate experience, including marketing and management positions with American Can Company and James River Corporation, and Principal in Management Ingenuity – a consulting firm that focused on human resource, marketing and productivity issues for entrepreneurial ventures. For the past ten years, Susan has run her own executive coaching practice for corporate leaders. Sue served as a Senior Consultant for Right Management Consultants in Rocky Hill, CT managing individual outplacement cases and corporate partnerships in nine different Career Transition Centers in the region. She is also qualified in the Strong Interest Inventory, Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the Birkman First Look, holds a BBA in Marketing from Pace University, an MBA with honors from the UConn and is a nationally certified Psychoanalyst from the Westchester Institute for Training in Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis.
