Students with Global Management Program assignments outside the United States receive a stipend from Babson to cover roundtrip airfare to the assignment location and the cost of housing and basic living expenses for the duration of the assignment. There is no standard stipend; rather, the amount is determined by the real cost of airfare and living expenses for the city or town where the student will be based. Participants in the Global Management Program should expect to break even financially.

In most cases, the host company will help the student secure suitable housing for the duration of the assignment. In some cases, the host company may provide or directly pay for the student's accommodations, and the student's stipend will be reduced accordingly.
