The face of business is changing.  Women comprise an ever growing source of managerial talent, market power, and senior leadership potential. Competitive advantage is available to those companies willing to invest in the opportunity women stakeholders represent.

The Center brings companies and organizations together and helps them to tap into the market power of women and to fuel economic growth.

Executive Education
Babson leverages the expertise of the Center for Women's Leadership to collaborate on designing open-enrollment and custom executive education programs. Our faculty experts and industry leaders create an extraordinary environment for exchanging ideas.

Custom-designed executive education programs and targeted research helps companies understand the context and challenges of their business environment, and develop strategies for addressing their opportunities with women stakeholders.

Our open-enrollment program "Opting In - Women's Leadership at Point's of Transition" is a leadership development experience is designed for women seeking to successfully navigate the critical points of leadership transition. Through individual coaching and feedback sessions with faculty and peers throughout the program, attendees will analyze their personal situation and develop specific action items to take back with to the workplace.

Applied Research
Center for Women's Leadership faculty have expertise as applied researchers and consultants to corporations and organizations. Corporations interested in sponsored research, should contact the Center directly.
