undefinedDr. Candida Brush
Candida Brush is well known for her pioneering research in women’s entrepreneurship. She conducted the first and largest study of women entrepreneurs in the early 1980s, resulting in one of the earliest books on the topic. Her continued research catalyzed studies and dissertations worldwide. With four other researchers, including Patricia Greene at Babson, she founded the Diana Project, a research consortium investigating women’s access to growth capital. Their book, Clearing the Hurdles: Women Building High Growth Businesses, was published in 2004

undefinedDr. Patti Greene
Patricia Greene is the Provost of Babson College. Greene previously held The Ewing Marion Kauffman/Missouri Chair in Entrepreneurial Leadership at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and served as Scholar in Residence at the Kauffman Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership. She has also held the New Jersey Chair of Small Business and Entrepreneurship at Rutgers University where she was a founding member of the Rutgers Center for Entrepreneurial Management and coordinator of the entrepreneurship curriculum.  She is the co-author, with Candida Brush and others, of Women and Entrepreneurship: Contemporary Classics and Growth-Oriented Women Entrepreneurs and Their Businesses: A Global Perspective.

undefinedDr. Nan Langowitz
Nan Langowitz is the Director of the Center for Women's Leadership at Babson College and Associate Professor of Management. At the Center for Women's Leadership, Professor Langowitz directs the Center’s research and educational activities, collaborating with Babson faculty, the business community and partner organizations. She is the co-founder of the Center for Women’s Leadership, the first comprehensive center dedicated to advancing women in business and entrepreneurship at a leading school of management.  Her research and teaching is focused on the entrepreneurial leadership of women as well as the challenges and opportunities for women in business organizations.  She is faculty director of Opting In: Women’s Leadership at Points of Transition, offered through Babson Executive Education.

undefinedDr. Maria Minniti
Maria Minniti is Professor of Economics and Professor of Entrepreneurship at Babson College. She holds a PhD in Economics from New York University, a Master of Science in Economics from Auburn University, and an undergraduate degree is in Political Science from the University “La Sapienza” of Rome (Italy). Since 1997, she has joined the faculty at Babson College where she teaches microeconomics and game theory.  She is the research director for the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor project, co-sponsored by Babson College and the London Business School, with participation from a consortium of academic institutions around the globe.

undefinedDr. Jan Shubert
Jan Shubert is the Associate Director of the Center for Women’s Leadership where she is responsible for the development and implementation of educational event programming and the management of the Center’s operations. She is also the Program Director for the MBA Women’s Leadership Program and is a faculty member at Babson Executive Education. Dr. Shubert brings thirty years of experience in management and executive education to the Center, and has particular expertise in the areas of organizational communication and leadership development. She has developed and taught a wide array of management and organizational behavior courses and seminars.
