Brenda Brock
Founder/CEO
Farmaesthetics
http://www.farmaesthetics.com/

Brenda Brock, the daughter of a 7th generation Texas farming family, first made her herbal skincare products available to customers other than friends and family in the summer of 1999, at her friend’s organic farmstand in rural RI, outside of Newport. Using the pristine organic harvests from the oceanside farms, Brenda continues to create & make her seasonal line of all natural herbal skincare. Her recipes are based on herbalism, folk lore, common knowledge, modern scientific botanical research, the principles of sustainable agriculture, the seasonal lifestyles of traditional farming families, as well as the holistic beauty & health regimens known to women of the 18th, 19th & early 20th centuries.

Brenda has imposed her strict natural product requirements onto the chemists of the cosmetic industry. Bringing her principles of skincare to the modern world of science & research, proved to be a happy collaboration. Consequently, her truly all natural products are now available to a larger audience, still using no artificial preservatives, no petroleum products, no dyes or talc, just the freshest of ingredients from our American family farms.

Brenda belongs to the prestigious Society of Cosmetic Chemists & is one of very few who have earned that inclusion based solely upon her interest in & knowledge of herbal skincare & her success in formulating & bringing her herbal preparations into the world of cosmetics' advanced aesthetics.
