Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I register?
A: Back to Babson brochures were mailed in July with registration forms. On-line registration is now available. If you have any questions about your registration, or need to make a change, please contact the Alumni Office at 781-239-4562 or backtobabson@babson.edu.

Q: Do I have to register in advance, or can I pay at the door?
A: Advance registration, on-line or by mail, is encouraged to ensure that you will be admitted into all events. Registration for Back to Babson 2007 has two convenient options for guests.  Online registration is packaged at $40/person for all activities offered throughout the weekend.  Children accompanying registered adults are complimentary with this registration option.  A la carte registration is also available by completing the registration form on the last page of the Back to Babson brochure.  Tickets will be required for all events.

Q: Will I receive event registration confirmation?
A:  All electronic registrants will receive a confirmation at the conclusion of the registration process.  It is advised for those guests to bring their confirmation with them. Registrantrations submitted by mail will receive confirmation by post mail at the address specified on the registration form. Brochure registration confirmations will be sent as soon as these forms are received in the office and processed.

Q: Will I receive tickets for events I have registered for?
A: Tickets will be issued for all events. Your name tag, tickets and Babson Alumni One Card will grant you admission to all events for which you have registered. You will need to pick up your name tag, One Card and your New England Harvest Festival souvenir mug at registration at Alumni Hall located at the main entrance of campus. You will not be admitted into any event without your tickets.

Q: How do I change or add to my registration once it is submitted?
A: To add an attendee or an event to a previously submitted registration, please call the Alumni Office at 781-239-4562. All event registrations are non-refundable.

Q: Where do I go for assistance if I have a problem or questions?
A: Back to Babson staff will be clearly identified with staff t-shirts at each event and around campus. Feel free to ask any staff member for assistance with any of your needs. Back to Babson registration headquarters will be located at Alumni Hall. For emergencies on campus, call 781-239-5555 for Public Safety.

Q: Can I receive a refund?
A: Due to catering commitments and contract agreements, Back to Babson registration cancellations will not be available after September 20, 2007.

Q: Where can I park?
A: Parking is available on campus without a parking pass throughout Back to Babson weekend. It is recommended that all guests park in Nichols, Knight, or the Athletic Deck. Limited parking will be available in Hollister and Bryant. Handicap placards or plates will need to be displayed to park in the handicap spaces. After checking in at Alumni Hall, Public Safety will assist guests in finding parking.
