Ms. Gilleran joined Babson College in 2001 after spending 16 years in the software industry. During that time, she worked for Computer Associates, where she was an Assistant Vice President of Development in their business application division. While at Computer Associates, she was responsible for the development of ERP systems, end-user query and reporting tools and eCommerce systems. Ms. Gilleran also worked for Cullinet Software, where she was a Software Product Manager for their ERP system. Before entering the software field, Ms. Gilleran worked for the Gillette Company as the North American Internal Audit Supervisor. Ms. Gilleran has taught accounting courses at Northeastern University and conducted several IT training sessions for middle and senior-level managers. She also consults on systems implementations.
Within the area of Information Technology Management, Ms. Gilleran's areas of expertise are Software Project Management, Systems Design and Implementation, Business Intelligence and ERP Systems. Her other areas of expertise are Accounting and Corporate Governance.
