Dr. Grewal was named Toyota Chair in E-Commerce and Electronic Business at Babson in 2000.
Dr. Grewal is a "Distinguished Fellow" of the Academy of Marketing and Science. He has served as VP-Research & Conferences of the American Marketing Association Academic Council (1999-2001). Currently, he serves as VP-Development for the Academy of Marketing Science (2000-2002).
He is also co-editor of the Journal of Retailing. His research and teaching interests focus on e-business, global marketing, value-based marketing strategies, and understanding the voice of the customer (market research). Dr. Grewal has published more than 50 articles in publications such as Journal of Marketing, Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing Research, and Journal of Retailing. He currently serves on the editorial review boards of Journal of Marketing, Journal of Retailing, Journal of Public Policy & Marketing, and Journal of Product and Brand Management. Dr. Grewal is also working on a book entitled Marketing Research published by Houghton Mifflin Co.
