Mr. Grossman was founder of TRG Systems, Inc., a computer software and processing company for the retail industry. In that capacity, he pioneered many advancements in retailing point-of-sale systems and technology, such as automated self-service gas stations. He consults nationally for retailers and suppliers of retail technology on retailing strategy and technology. He also acts as an expert witness in complex litigation on issues of information technology, the Internet, and the law.
